1. Click on a product you would like to order from the menu on the left under "Available Products". For example, All Natural Body Cleanse Pack.
2. On the next page, underneath the product picture there will be a "Order this Item" in blue letters. Click on "Order this item".
3. On the bottom of the page, there is a blue banner with product quantity and "Add to Cart" button. Verify the quantity you would like to order and click the "Add to Cart" button. Now the product is in your shopping cart.
4. A pop-up window of "Continue" or "Cart" will appear. Click on "Cart" to go to Shopping Cart. You can also go to your Shopping Cart by clicking "Show Cart" on the menu on the right.
4a. Check your cart. If you'd like change Quantity - type new number and click "
" to update.
Click "
" to delete product from cart.
5. Enter Coupon Code if you have it and click "Submit". System recalculates total cost with coupon.
6. Click "Checkout" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
7. If you are a new customer or not registered, choose the second radio button and provide your billing information. You can also become a registered member by choosing that option under Customer Information and choosing a username and email. If you are a returning customer, choose "Returning Customers" option and provide your username and password to log in.
8. Check Billing Information and Shipping Address, clik "Next". You will be taken to checkout where you can review the order and choose a shipping method by choosing the radio button. Click "Next".
9. We are using PayPal payments method (this method used to accept all tipes of payments) - check "I agree to the Terms of Service" box" and click "Confirm Order".
After this step system automaticly sends you mail "order confirmation" with a "pending" status.
10. Then you have to choose a way to pay - "Pay with my PayPal account" or "Pay with a debit or credit card".
If you choose "Pay with a debit or credit card" you will be asked to fill in the credit card information. Fill it and click "Review Order and Continue". After processing your transaction you get PayPal confirmation mail and change status of your order from pending to confimed mail with a link to order details from Santegra USA.
You can also pay with your PayPal account if you choose "Pay with my PayPal account".
